From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service from the staff, especially our concierge, who made our experience truly memorable. the jungle room we stayed in was just steps away from the pristine beach, offering a perfect blend of nature and relaxation, which I absolutely adored. the property itself felt like a tranquil oasis, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the beautiful Mayan jungle merged with the soothing waves of the ocean. the sunrise views from our private deck each morning were absolutely breathtaking, creating a serene ambiance that made it hard to leave the comfort of our room. the beach beds and cushions were incredibly comfortable, allowing us to unwind and soak in the peaceful atmosphere effortlessly. Aside from the mesmerizing natural surroundings, the hotel's commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices resonated with my values as a conscious traveler. the on-site dining options at Berna provided a gastronomic journey that delighted both our taste buds and souls, showcasing the best of local culture through flavorful, organic dishes prepared with care. the inclusion of daily yoga classes with Allix added a rejuvenating touch to our mornings, perfectly complementing the overall wellness experience that Hotel Poc Na Tulum offers. It felt like a home away from home, where we could disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with ourselves amidst the beauty of nature.
